Annual Price Increases

Advance Voice & Data always strive to offer the best service and value. We do not routinely increase our prices but when suppliers impose price rises, usually annually, it is often inevitable that we must pass these on to our customers. Inflationary pressures also directly affect our in-house costs such as energy, rates and labour so we will sometimes increase our support charges and daily rates for labour so that we can maintain the highest level of professional services.

2025 Price Increases

From April 1st 2025, we will be passing on the following supplier-led increase on communications services:

  • Mobile

    A 6.4% price increase (based on CPI+3.9%) will affect all monthly service and airtime charges, including bolt-ons. These changes apply to live subscriptions across VMO2 and Vodafone.

    Out of bundle rates and daily roaming services are also now under review for subscriptions on Vodafone only. We will release further details in the coming weeks.
