We apply Bill Limits in accordance with Ofcom regulations in order to prevent Bill Shock and punitive out-of-bundle charges. Bill Limit amounts can be negotiated if required. Breaching a Bill Limit will automatically suspend all mobile service on a handset until the end of the month in which the limit was breached.
